After 30+ years in the wine industry, and plenty of time riding the ups and downs of my own drinking habits, I decided to stop blaming willpower and start understanding what was actually going on.

That journey also led to a diagnosis of ADHD and a deep dive into the behavioural science behind alcohol habits. What I found changed everything – not just for me, but for the people I’ve coached since.

After informally training some friends and colleagues impressed by my transformation, I formally trained as a coach and earned qualifications in several disciplines, learning evidence-based methods to support people’s change.
